1. How to submit an account-deletion request

You can submit a SportEvo account-deletion request in two ways. The email procedure is the primary, recommended method; deletion from within the application is available as an alternative.

Send an email from the registered address

Send a message from the email address linked to your SportEvo account to privacy@sportevo.app. Subject line: “Account deletion request”.

State the basic details in the body

Your first and last name, your role in the application (player, parent/guardian, coach, club owner, or staff) and — if you are requesting partial deletion — exactly which data you want removed (see Section 3).

Confirmation within 5 business days

We will send you an email confirming that the request has been received and logged. If you do not get a response in that time, please contact us again.

Permanent deletion within 30 days

Your account and the associated personal data will be permanently deleted no later than 30 days from receipt of the request, in accordance with Article 12 of the GDPR and Article 21 of the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Serbia.

Alternative: you can also start deletion from inside the application — Settings → Delete account. The procedure and the 30-day deadline are the same as for the email request.

Note: account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you are a parent or guardian, deleting your account does not automatically delete your child’s data — see Section 3 for partial deletion.

2. What gets deleted and when

The following table shows all data categories SportEvo processes and the exact timeframe within which each is deleted following an account-deletion request, or automatically once its retention period ends.

Deletion is carried out in accordance with Section 12 (Data retention) of the Privacy Policy and Article 21 of the Personal Data Protection Act.

3. Deleting individual data

If you do not want to delete the entire account, you can request deletion of only specific data categories. Your account remains active and only what you specify in the request is deleted.

Health data

Allergies, chronic illnesses, medical examination documents. Deleted immediately upon withdrawal of consent — the child’s membership in the club remains intact.

Profile photo

Profile and other uploaded photos. Deleted on request; other account data remains active.

Child data

A parent or guardian can request deletion of a child’s data without closing their own account. The club is notified of the deletion.

Deletion within 30 days

We remove the requested data no later than 30 days from receipt. Your SportEvo account remains active and you can keep using it as before.

4. Contact and complaints

Any questions related to account or individual data deletion can be sent to the data controller. If you believe your right to erasure has not been respected, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
